Design Process

1. Consultation Meeting

During the first meeting we will gather all necessary information and evaluate the complexity of the project and client's budget.

2. Quote Approval

After considering all the essential project requirements we will present the written quote/contract agreement.

3. Initial Design

Based on the information gathered during the consultation meeting and the quote, we will create initial concepts. We will also prepare the presentation of the concepts for the client meeting.

4. Design Review with the Client

At this meeting we will present all the concepts and explain the ideas behind them. Based on the clients input and preference we will help to choose the best design.

5. Final Design

Upon the design review meeting with the client, we will refine and finalize the design project per customer specifications.

6. Final Approval

Once changes are made, the final design is sent for final approval from client.

7. Project Completion

This is a production stage where the project is finalized and submitted for printing in case of printed materials or placed on the web in case of web-based design.
